Cross-state and other "point to point" bicycle tours offer a uniqe sense of adventure and accomplishment compared to events that start and end in the same place.
Of course, cross-state tours also introduce the additional logistics of getting to the start either before or after your ride. On the Berkshires to Boston Bicycle Tour, we've made all the arrangements to help get you, your bike and your gear to the start at Hancock Shaker Village either before or after the tour.
We use a combination of coach busses, minibuses and vans to transport our riders comfortably and efficiently. Bikes are transported in a box truck where they are indivually wrapped in moving blankets and secured within the truck to avoid jostling. Luggage is transported by bus, van or truck.
